Booking Policy – Deacon Motor Consulting Thank you for choosing Deacon Motor Consulting. To ensure a smooth and professional service for all our clients, please take note of our booking policy: 1. Booking an Inspection All inspections and consultations must be booked in advance via phone or WhatsApp. Bookings are confirmed once we receive payment or proof thereof. Please provide the vehicle’s make, model, year, mileage, and VIN at the time of booking. 2. Payment Terms The full amount is payable to secure your booking. The full invoice will be provided upon completion of the inspection. Payments can be made via EFT or cash. 3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests where possible. 4. Arrival & Preparation Please ensure the vehicle is clean and accessible at the scheduled time. All necessary documents (logbook, service history) should be available for review. 5. Liability & Disclaimer The inspection report is a professional opinion and does not constitute a guarantee or warranty. Deacon Motor Consulting cannot be held liable for issues that arise after the inspection.
